Terms of Service
These terms apply when you download or play a game published by Auraf. By playing, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use our games.
Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, worldwide and perpetual licence to install and play our games on devices you own or control, for non-commercial purposes. The licence is not transferable, except that a paid game marked as eligible for Google Play Family Library can be shared with members of your family group. The games, their art, music and code remain the property of Auraf and its licensors.
Paid games and in-app purchases
- Some of our games are paid downloads, and some offer in-app purchases. The price, and whether a game contains in-app purchases, is shown on its store page before you buy. Prices shown in the game match those in the Google Play checkout.
- All payments go through Google Play’s billing system (or the App Store on iOS), which may show prices in your local currency and add taxes where they apply. We never see your card details.
- A paid game can be reinstalled on your devices as often as you like from your Google Play library at no extra cost. A game first released for free stays free; anything we charge for later is a separate optional purchase.
- In-game items and currency are a licence to use content inside the game they were bought for. They cannot be used in another game, have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for money. Items bought in-app are not shared through Family Library.
- If a game offers randomised items for purchase, it shows the odds of each item before you buy.
- We may rebalance virtual items to keep a game fair, but we will not take away an item you paid for without a refund.
Refunds
- Within 48 hours of buying, you can request a refund directly from Google Play. A refunded game is uninstalled, and Google allows only one refund per game.
- After 48 hours, email contact@auraf.xyz with your Google Play order number (it starts with GPA). We reply within 3 business days and refund purchases that are faulty, don’t work as described, or were made by mistake.
- In the EEA and the UK, you are entitled to a refund for content that is faulty or does not match its description. Because games and in-app items are delivered immediately, the 14-day right of withdrawal ends once the download or delivery starts with your consent, as shown at checkout.
- Nothing here limits refund rights you have under the consumer law of the country where you live.
Fair play
You agree not to:
- cheat, use exploits, or modify, decompile or tamper with a game;
- use bots or automation to gain an advantage;
- resell, rent or distribute a game or its content without permission.
Updates and availability
We may update or change a game or a feature, and some updates may be required to keep playing. If we stop selling a paid game, you keep the right to reinstall and play the copy you bought. If a game has to be withdrawn for legal reasons, we refund purchases made in the 12 months before (or longer where local law requires). We give at least 30 days’ notice in the game before switching off online features that paid content depends on.
Our games are released internationally through the app stores in the countries we choose. They are not offered in Vietnam, and availability, prices and features may differ between countries.
Disclaimer
Our games are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties that they will be error-free or always available, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from their use. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.
Privacy
How we handle information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without prejudice to mandatory laws of the country where you live.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version; continuing to play after a change means you accept it.
