Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Auraf (“we”, “us”) collects when you play our games or visit this site, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to every game published under the Auraf developer name on Google Play and other stores, unless a game shows its own policy. It currently covers: Infinity Bloom.
Developer: Auraf, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Privacy contact: contact@auraf.xyz.
What we collect
We do not ask for your name, address or phone number, and our games can be played without an account.
- Game data. Progress, settings and purchases are stored on your device. If a game offers cloud saves, they are kept with the platform you sign in with (for example Google Play Games).
- Diagnostics. Crash reports and basic performance data: device model, operating system version, app version and the error that occurred. We use them only to fix bugs.
- Usage analytics. Gameplay events, such as which level was reached or how long a session lasted, used to balance and improve our games. They are pseudonymous: linked to a random identifier for your installation (such as an App Set ID or analytics installation ID), not to your name.
- Approximate location. Your country or region, inferred from your IP address by our analytics and ad providers, used for aggregate statistics, regional pricing and to apply privacy rules that depend on where you live. We never request precise location.
- Purchases. Payments for paid games and in-app items are handled by Google Play’s billing system or the App Store. We receive purchase history: the order number, item, price, country and time, which we use to deliver the item, handle refunds and keep tax records. We never receive your card details.
- Advertising identifiers. If a game shows ads, the ad provider may use your device’s advertising ID. You can reset it or opt out of personalised ads in your device settings.
- Email. If you write to us, we keep your message and address to answer you.
Third-party services
Our games may use services such as Google Play Services, Unity (engine, analytics and diagnostics) and, where a game shows ads, an ad network. These services process data under their own privacy policies. We only enable the features a game actually needs.
How we use information
- To run the game and keep your progress and purchases.
- To find and fix crashes and performance problems.
- To understand, in aggregate, how a game is played so we can improve it.
- To reply to support requests.
We do not sell personal information, and we only share it with the service providers above to run the game, or when the law requires it. We do not collect persistent hardware identifiers such as IMEI, serial number or MAC address, and we do not link the App Set ID to your advertising ID or use it for ads.
Consent
Where the law requires consent, such as for personalised ads in the EEA and the UK, a game asks you in-app before that data is collected, and you can change your choice later in the game’s settings. Closing the prompt is never treated as a yes.
Children
Our games are not directed at children under 13 (or the higher age of digital consent where you live, such as 16 in parts of the EU), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Retention and security
Diagnostics and analytics are kept for no longer than 24 months. Support emails are kept for as long as needed to resolve the request. All data our games send is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS), and access to it is limited to the people who need it to fix and improve the games. No system is completely secure, but we will notify you and the authorities of a breach where the law requires.
Your choices and data deletion
Request deletion of your data at any time; that page explains what is deleted and what we have to keep.
- Uninstalling a game removes the data stored on your device.
- You can turn off personalised ads and reset your advertising ID in your device settings.
- To ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion, email contact@auraf.xyz with the game name. We answer within 30 days.
International players
Our games are published internationally. Information may be processed in countries other than the one you live in, including by the service providers listed above, with safeguards required by applicable law.
- EEA, UK and Switzerland: we rely on your consent (for personalised ads and optional analytics), on performing our contract with you (to run the game and deliver purchases) and on our legitimate interest (to fix crashes and prevent cheating). You can access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
- United States, including California: we do not sell your personal information. Where ad networks share data for cross-context advertising, you can opt out by limiting ad tracking in your device settings. You have the right to know, delete and correct your information, and we will not discriminate against you for using these rights.
- Other regions: you have the rights given by your local law, and we handle every request through the same address below.
